Recording video for personal and social media use is welcome and encouraged — please capture the memories, share the magic of our Circus.
 

However:

If you are filming or photographing our venue, performers, or events for commercial, professional, or financial use, you must notify us and sign our Paradise Media Use Release Agreement.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Branded content or social media accounts used for monetization

• Promotional material for a business, brand, or event

• Documentary or journalistic projects

• Any content intended for sale, sponsorship, or wide distribution
