Paradise / PMW Social Media Guidelines

This policy outlines how and when performances are shared on the official Paradise Instagram, managed by PMW (Paradise Media Works).

🔹 Who Posts?

All posts and stories are curated and published by PMW. No one outside the media team has direct posting access. This keeps the platform consistent, professional, and aligned with the tone of Paradise.

🔹 What Performances Get Posted?

Performances may be shared if they meet the following criteria:

  • Took place at Paradise

  • Were captured clearly by the PMW team or an approved media partner

  • Reflect high-quality visuals and atmosphere

  • Showcases performance that feels aligned with the values and creative tone of Paradise

  • Fit with the current scheduling, tone, and media flow

Not every performance will be posted, even if it was filmed. Selection is editorial, not personal.

🔹 What We Look For

Performances are more likely to be featured if they:

  • Were coordinated professionally and communicated ahead of time

  • Include standout moments or crowd response

  • Uphold safety, clarity, and respect for the audience

  • Have clean visuals, consistent lighting, and minimal distractions

  • Represent the performer and Paradise in a strong light

🔹 What We Avoid Posting

We generally don’t post:

  • Footage that’s blurry, poorly lit, or disorganized

  • Performances interrupted by technical issues, dangerous behavior, or out-of-character conduct

  • Uncoordinated fire or aerial acts that were not scheduled

  • Repetitive or overshared acts unless they offer something fresh

🔹 Communication & Requests

If you’d like your performance to be captured or considered for the feed:

  1. Let Kitty or Yam know in advance

  2. If you have existing footage you'd like us to see, provide it after the show, not mid-event

  3. Respect the curation process — posting is not automatic or guaranteed

🔹 Reels, Stories & Highlights

  • Performances may be included in Reels, full posts, or Stories depending on the content and format

  • Story tags are handled selectively — we do not re-share all tagged clips

  • PMW may combine multiple performances into show recaps or event spotlights

🔹 Performer Responsibilities

To help your work shine:

  • Show up prepared and ready to deliver your best

  • Coordinate with staff ahead of time if your act requires special timing or documentation

  • Uphold the Paradise Code of Conduct while onstage and off

🛠 Why This Exists

Our Instagram isn’t just promotion — it’s the digital face of Paradise. Every post reaches thousands of people and helps shape our collective story. We take that seriously — and we ask that you do too.

We will provide performers with their footage courtesy of Paradise as long as video credit is assigned appropriately.
